I've made strawberry cinnamon rolls a lot, but I've never seen your technique and I like it and I'm definitely going to give this a try. I've never put the cream cheese filling on top of the brown sugar and then the strawberry filling, there's no doubt in my mind these are going to be off the chain pretty damn good. I'm so glad I found this recipe I can't wait to try it.

Why add salt to salted butter when you are mixing the cheesecake batter or salted butter then add salt again to mix together the salted butter to the gram cracker crumbs I always use unsalted butter whenever I am making a cheesecake

My mom made this recipe a few times growing up, and I never forgot about it. Thank you for the video. I bake my sweet potatoes instead of boiling them, and I bake it at 375 for about 50 minutes to an hour, and it came out great. Crust was baked all the way through.
